NRG. Three letters, one very complicated industry. We worked with NRG Retail East to help communicate their core offerings to customers—energy plans that earn you travel points, cash back, charity dollars, and more. Energy with all the fixings. That’s what power should be, after all.

We ran an ad campaign centered on this idea, bolstered by a branded hot chocolate truck that stopped at Philly’s biggest holiday events. The hot chocolate truck presented two choices: hot chocolate with the fixings, or without? as a physical metaphor for NRG’s core offering. It was staffed by a street team versed in all things NRG, who signed interested parties up for their plans.
